By accessing or using the services of Reddy Fixer Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Reddy Fixer Pvt Ltd provides mobile application development, web application development, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual Project Agreements.
All projects are governed by a separate Project Agreement that outlines:
Payment is structured on a milestone basis as defined in the Project Agreement. An advance payment (typically 30-50%) is required before development begins. Subsequent payments are tied to project milestones. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives complete ownership of all custom source code, designs, and assets developed specifically for their project. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain under their respective licenses.

Reddy Fixer Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project as per the terms outlined in the Project Agreement. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
